Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Rheinland-Pfalz Fishery Law of 9 December 1974. Article 1 establishes that the Fishery Book is run by the competent fishery authority according to a model issued by the competent Ministry. Registrations are effected on request. The cancellation of a certain fishing right is registered ex officio. The text consists of 50 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: Fishery Book (I); Fishing permits of other Bundesländer (II); Fishery examination regulations (III); Fishing authorization, fishing lease (IV); Electro fishing (V); Fishing practice (VI); Fishing inspector (VII); Fishing advisory boards (VIII); Penalties (IX); Final provisions (X).
