Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1981.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the catch and care of fish, crustacean and baits in public and private waters. The text consists of 61 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing authorization (II); Practice of fishing and fishing gear (III); Management of fisheries (IV); Protection of living spaces (V); Surveillance bodies (VI).
