Abstract

The Proclamation establishes fishery limits of 200 nautical miles measured from the low-water mark of the coast of Montserrat. It also stipulates that Her Majesty will exercise the same exclusive rights in respect of fisheries within the said fishery limits as she has in respect of fisheries within the territorial waters of Montserrat, subject to such provision as may be made by law for the control and regulation of fishing within the said limits.
