Abstract

This Ordinance defines the Fishery Limits of the Turks and Caicos Islands: They shall comprise such areas as may be defined by the Governor by Proclamation. It also provides that the provisions of the Fisheries Protection Ordinance, as modified by this Ordinance, shall be enforced by fishery officers, and for that purpose a fishery officer shall have the powers set out in section 5 of this Ordinance.
