The present Act repeals the Fisheries Act 1969 (LGBl. No. 15/1970).

An Act by the regional government of Salzburg regulating the fisheries. Its purposes are the conservation, creation and restoration of native fish species, the conservation, improvement and restoration of their conditions of existence and their living space; the protection of threatened native aquatic animals, and last not least the sustainable exploitation of fishing water.
