Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on the first day following its publication with the exception of article 3, paragraph 4, which enters into force on the day following its publication.
Abstract

Article 1 of the above Act deals with definitions of terms such as "fish", "fish products", etc. Thereafter, the Act deals with registration of marine fisheries selling their products on German fishery markets. Moreover, a charge is levied on fish for human consumption to promote the sale of fish products. Article 4 deals with cooperative fisheries authorized by the Federal Minister. Finally, the Act establishes penalties in case of violation. The text consists of 7 articles
