Abstract Article 1 of the above Act deals with definitions of terms such as "fish", "fish products", etc. Thereafter, the Act deals with registration of marine fisheries selling their products on German fishery markets. Moreover, a charge is levied on fish for human consumption to promote the sale of fish products. Article 4 deals with cooperative fisheries authorized by the Federal Minister.
