This Notice enters into force on 23 December 2005.
Abstract

In this Notice, the Minister of Fisheries determines that the stocks in the fishery management areas specified in the Schedule shall not be subject to the quota management system. Therefore, consequential amendments to Schedule 4C of the Fisheries Act are made.
