Abstract

These Regulations lay down prohibitions on taking, possessing, fishing, landing, importing or exporting, and sales of seahorses, seahorse parts or products. The Director of Marine Resources may issue permit to take, have in his/her possession, fish, land, import or export any seahorse, seahorse part or product for educational, scientific or research purposes.
