These Regulations enter into force on 15 November 2007.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993 by inserting a definition of benthic protection area and by inserting a new regulation 3(1)(eb) which requires an automatic location communicator to be carried and operated on board of fishing vessels that are 28 metres or less in length.
