Abstract

This Order, made by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under regulation 20 of the Fisheries Regulations provides that the species of sand fish cucumber (Holothuria Scarbra) shall be permitted to be caught and retained, or sold or exposed for sale, bought or exported or processed by a processing plant of a properly licensed person or company approved by the Minister for a specified period.
