Abstract

This Act makes amendments relating to offences and penalties for the breach of Section 19 on obligation for licensing to be engaged in fishing, Section 29 on obligation for licensing to be engaged in commercial fishing, Section 87 on regulations prohibiting the taking or possession of illegal size fish, or the possession of fish during the closed season, or possession of fish taken without authorization, and Section 88 on protected species.
