Abstract

These Regulations make provision, inter alia, for: matters relating to fishing licences including fees; navigation of foreign boats through the Australian Fishing Zone and related matters; reporting of foreign boats on fishing, position and supply of other information; returns to be made by fish processors and the publication of log-books; offences; marking of equipment. (Schedules: Fees [1]; search warrant under subsection 10,4 [2]; short methods of reference [3]; amendments of the Treaty (4). (39 Regulations)
