Abstract

The Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations Order with respect to various matters including: total allowable catch; a fish export processing establishment licence; minimum harvest size and weight limits; processing licence fees; standard conversion rates for beche-de-mer species; authorized harvesting areas; authorised harvesting areas total allowable catch (tac) wet weight; forms for beche-de-mer processing licence application and beche-de-mer processing licence; conditions for beche-de-mer processing licence; conditions for beche-de-mer export processing establishment licence; form for beche-de-mer export declaration.
