Abstract

In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 8, paragraph (1) of the Fisheries Regulations, 1990-2005, the Director of the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research determines the hours that casting of nets to the bottom of the sea is prohibited and the mesh size of the nets, as described in the Table attached to the Decision.
