These Regulations are made by the Governor under the Fisheries Protection Ordinance and concern management and conservation of fisheries resources of the Turks and Caicos Islands. They are divided into the following Parts: Preliminary (I); Licensing Provisions (II); Conservation Provisions (III); Fish Aggregating Devices (IV); Fisheries Management and Development (V); Enforcement (VI); Supplementary (VII). (completed by 5 Schedules)
