Abstract

With effect of 1 March 1994, no person shall use gear or vessels specified in the Schedules for fishing in Lake Victoria or the Indian Ocean. Any person already using such gear or vessels shall cease to do so from 1 January 1996. These Regulations do not apply to research vessels. (4 regulations, two Schedules)
