Abstract

No person shall collect shells, molluscs or corals within prohibited areas as specified in the Schedule. No person shall kill or capture any fish within a prohibited area unless he holds a licence issued under section 11 of the Fisheries Act 1985 stating the respective location specified in column 1 of the Schedule as the fishing base.
