Abstract

The Ordinance is divided into six Parts: General (I); Permits for Local Fishing Vessels (II); Licences for Foreign Fishing Vessels and Fish Processing Establishments (III); Powers of Authorized Officers (IV); Additional Offences and Legal Proceedings (V); Miscellaneous (Part VI). Regulation making powers with respect to various matters are delegated to the Governor-in-Council.
