Abstract This notice is made under the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999. It amends the name of the notice that was previously called the Fisheries (Declaration and Notification of Tauperikaka Mātaitai Reserve and Appointment of Tangata Tiaki/Kaitiaki) Notice 2011 (Gazette 2011, p 3818). The amended name refers to the mātaitai reserve at Tauparikaka, rather than Tauperikaka. This amendment reflects the name traditionally used for the area in which the mātaitai reserve is located.
