Regulations 3-9 specify prohibited or restricted activities in these areas: No person shall fish in a marine reserve unless specifically authorized by the Director (reg. 3). Taking up residence in a marine reserve requires the prior consent of the Director. The remaining Regulations prohibit activities in marine reserves such as fishing (5) dredging, excavating, drilling (7), anchoring or mooring of vessels (8), or having in possession any fishing equipment (9).
