Abstract

The Regulations prescribe rules for the issuing by the Director-General of Fisheries of permits for the setting up- and licences for the operation of marine culture systems and the removal of such systems. The Schedules 1 and 3 specify terms and conditions for permits and licences for various culture systems. (14 regulations)
