Regulation 4 prohibits the use of entangling nets, whereas regulation 5 prohibits the uses of seine nets of a specified mesh size. Regulations 6 and prohibits selling or having in possession of lobsters carrying eggs respectively turtles and turtle eggs. Regulations 8, 9, 10 and 11 concern the protection of sea eggs. No person shall land any yellowfin tuna or bigeye tuna of less than 3.2 kilograms live weight (reg. 13). Regulation 14 provide for the protection of coral.
