This Order enters into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of three sections, establishes terms and conditions for recreational fishers to take and possess Euastacus armatus species (Murray crayfish), subject to compliance with any requirements imposed by or under the Fisheries Management Act 1994 that apply to or in respect of the activities concerned.
