The Plan provides for the allocation of shares (Part 3), for the endorsements and nominated fisheries (Part 4), for the total allowable catch and quota (Part 5), for tags for rock lobsters (Part 6), and for matters related to fishing gear, boats, crew and record keeping (Part 7).
