Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Fisheries Management Act 1991, provide, as far as Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery is concerned, for particulars to be entered in the Register by the Australian Fisheries Management Authority for purposes of section 45 of the Act and prescribe fishing seasons.
