This Regulation commences on 1 September 2002.
Abstract

This Regulation concerns the management of a series of aquatic reserves in various parts of the State in which it is generally prohibited to take fish or marine vegetation (including mangroves, seagrasses, algae and saltmarsh plants). General exemptions are specified for each reserve and the consent of the Director of NSW Fisheries is generally required.
