Furthermore, this Act inserts Section 65A on licensing, permit, approval or authorization given under the Principal Act relating to fish which are living modified organisms subject to any applicable provision of the Biosafety Act and in accordance with any condition, standard or requirement set or imposed by the National Biosafety Advisory Committee.
