The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1978.
Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to fisheries in the Canton of Zurich. Article 1 establishes that the right to catch fish, crustaceans and other aquatic animals in public waters of the Canton and in its canals belongs to the State. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Lease (II); Patents (III); Fishing gear and fishing methods (IV); Measure to increase catch (V); Administration and surveillance (VI); Penalties (VII); Final and transitional provsions (VIII).
