Part B specifies Fishing Vessel Licence Fees which shall be charged to Tanzanian and foreign vessels according to the gross registered tonnage and the level of investment in terms of shore-based fish processing facilities. In Part C fees for collecting of fish, and fees for licences for the fishing of crustacean and ordinary finfish, are listed. These fees are charged according to the type and/or the gross tonnage of the vessel. Part D specifies fees for the certificate of ownership of certain types of fish or fish products.
