Entry into force notes
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
Abstract

The principal Act is amended in provisions relating to forfeit property and in particular an interest in quota that is recorded on the Quota Register or (foreign) fishing vessel. The definition of “interest” is modified.
