Abstract

This Order prescribes that no person shall export or attempt to export from this country any fish save under and in accordance with the provisions of a licence, in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, issued by the Minister. Any person who exports or attempts to export any fish from this country without a licence or contrary to the provisions, including any conditions contained therein, of a licence issued by the Minister shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a specified fine or to imprisonment for a specified term.
