They also prohibit possession by fish traders of dynamited fish either at sea, landing stations, on land, etc. Fish, equipment, or vessels shall be forfeited. Another provision prohibits the introduction of any solid, liquid or gaseous matters in a concentration that may harm fauna or flora. The Director of Fisheries shall establish and maintain a cooperation and consultation system for requiring offending persons to clean polluted waters.
