Abstract

This Act assigns the primary responsibility for fisheries enforcement to the Seychelles Fishing Authority and makes provision for the enforcement of fisheries law of the Marshall Islands, jurisdiction and civil procedures in relation to infringement of fisheries rules and the appointment and powers of authorized officers and observers. The Act also prohibits the contamination of Fishery Waters.
