The Regulations entered into force on 1 October 1999.
Abstract

Without any prejudice to special written permission issued by the Director-General, the present Regulations prohibit fishing, disturbing, harassing, catching, killing, taking, possessing, transporting as well as exports and trade of the endangered fish species defined by the schedule hereby attached. Regulation 3 sets forth the penalty to be applied in case of contravention.
