The conservation and management measures are set out in Part III, addressing (I) prohibited fishing methods and gears, (II) use of an anchored fish aggregating device in coastal waters, (III) minimum sizes for certain species, (IV) protection of species, and (V) area and time restrictions. Part IV sets forth the procedures and principles for fishing and trade licence for designated coastal fisheries to fish and export or trade in a designated coastal fishery for commercial purposes. Furthermore, all vessels that are licensed under these Regulations and engaged in coastal fisheries shall be registered.
