These Regulations enter into force on 16 December 2010.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Challenger Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986 by inserting “3C” after “3B” in regulation 5(1) which states that the taking or processing of sand flounder less than 25 cm is to be considered an offence.
