These Regulations enter into force on 1 October 2005.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Challenger Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986 by replacing regulation 2B(3) to clarify that no person may, on any day, possess more than 3 blue cod in the combined Challenger (East) Area and Marlborough Sounds Area.
