Abstract

Every warden of the Local Area management Authority (LAMA) of the Soufriere/Scotts Head Marine Reserve (SSMR) is designated an authorized officer for the purpose of upholding the laws and special measures applicable to the Soufriere/Scotts Head Marine Reserve and Fisheries Management Area declared and designated by the Minister under section 22 and 18(1)(a), respectively, of the Fisheries Act.
