Regulation No. 4 shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2006. Abstract These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations, 1990-2004 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2005.
