No person shall: (a) take or capture for sale or offer for sale by any means any humphead wrasse; (b) export, sell or offer for sale, or possess live specimens of any humphead wrasse for any commercial purpose; (c) export, sell or offer for sale, or possess any parts of humphead wrasse for the purpose of trading or for income generation.
