Abstract These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations, 1990-1994 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2000. Sections 2, 6, 10, 19 and Annex III of the principal Regulations are hereby amended. Also, new sections are added to the principal Regulations. More specifically, sections 2A, 10B and a new Annex (IV) are inserted. Sections 3, 4 and Annex I are hereby replaced by new provisions set forth in this text.
