Entry into force notes

These Regulations shall come into force on the day of publication in the Official with exemption of regulation 10A which shall enter into force on the date fixed by an Ordinance issued by the Minister, in power of article 8, section 2 of the principal law.

Abstract

These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations, 1990-1994 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2000.
