Provisions of part VI entitled "Fishery Conservation Measures": (a) lay down specific requirements for the taking of lobster, conch, sea urchins, oyster and coral; (b) regulate the use of beach seine, scuba and hook, and spear guns, and (c) require persons who deal commercially in specified fish to declare such trade at the beginning of the closed seasons.
