Abstract

Regulation 2A concerns the possession of fish to which these Regulations apply: presumptions are made in respect of persons who have fish in custody or occupy or control premises. In commercial premises, the manager shall be presumed to be in possession of fish if that fish is found on those premises. In addition, the presumption of joint possession is made if more than one person occupies the premises where fish is found.
