The entry into force of this article begins after twelve months of the publication of the Law. Abstract The law carries forward amendments to certain articles of the basic law dealing with fishing vessel licenses, fishing vessel register and the obligation to Cypriot vessels to entry Cypriot ports. More specifically, articles 2, 4, 6 and 9 are amended; articles 3 and 9 are replaced by new provisions set forth in this text; two new articles (4A and 7A and B) are added.
