This Act enters into force the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
Abstract

This Act amends the Fisheries Act 1996 by making minor word changes to section 76 and by inserting two new sections 76A and 76B providing for applications made to the chief executive for catch balancing relief for any amount of annual catch entitlement for a stock for the fishing year.
