Section 8 is amended by rewording a provision regarding the power of the Minister to grant fishing licences to foreign crafts. Section 10 provides that a sport fishing licences may be issued by the Chief Fisheries Officer in such form as he may approve. This Officer may also issue local fishing licences (sect. 11). Section 12 concerns the issue of commercial fishing licences. Section 18 concerns applications for registration of fishing vessels with the Chief Fisheries Officer.
