Abstract These Regulations make a number of amendments to the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations, 1986. New definitions have been added to Regulation 3. A new Regulation 16 on live brown bullhead catfish has been inserted. Regulation 19 on daily allowances for dredge oysters or scallops and Regulation 28 on the returning of unlawfully taken fish have been amended.
