Certain provisions apply also to fishing by Swedish vessels outside of the Swedish Exclusive Economic Zone (sect. 1). Sections 8 to 11 define fishing rights of Swedish citizens. Section 16 concerns fishing rights on privately owned land. Sections 19 to 25 define the regulation making powers of the Government in relation to management and conservation of fisheries.
