Abstract

The present Ordinance is applicable to waters listed in Annex 1. It does not apply to waters being part of natural or artificial basins used for intensive fish breeding. The text deals with the following issues: water quality requirements, use of waters, monitoring and entry into force. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles and 3 Annexes.
