I p. 2980) and the Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 of 17 December 1999 on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products. Article 3 establishes that the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (Federal Agency) is responsible for providing a list of trade names of fish species (directory), including for amendment of list, as well as setting up temporary trade names.
